I am doing some research trying to compare salaries at Raytheon and other competitors at the old G12 level. Because of the merger and the change in titles Glassdoor is not accurate right now. Out of curiosity what is the bonus for a G12/P6/M6 position at Raytheon? Thanks in advance for those who replied.

I like beer.
The only data point I can give is that G9 is the old E4, and G8 is the old E3. These two bands usually spread from 80k to 140k roughly.
Pay bands overlap so there is no really clear way to answer your question. Plus, this information is usually a closely guarded secret by companies, so you need a very trusted "friend" already working there to get that answer.
Ironically, I think they made this change as there was a lot of information leaked over the years what the E rankings made.
Realistically, they're going to follow what any other aerospace company is going to do so it really no closely guarded secret.
Frankly, if you're gunning for a G12 you really should've been smart enough to work all this out for yourself.
This site is to discuss layoffs.
This is the original poster. I did not give negative points for responses. Just trying to figure out information which is what this site is supposed to be about. These thing should be discussed openly so everyone is on the same level. I did find out Some G12s get stock bonuses and some do not. As you can see some people get better offers than others.
You are a child for going behind and negating responses for your original post.
This is not a pay research site. This is a layoff notification site.
