You know what's been bothering me the most lately? _ Watching our SM trying to look super busy while the store has never been more disorganized.
Is it part of my job to explain to each dissatisfied customer individually why there are no products on the shelves that should be at this time of year?

Send them to the Sm and tell them to send a note to Don Frieson, VP supply chain
I don't know about your SM but ours tell us to send customers to him.. He says we don't make enough to tell them NO. But he will.
If your customers are asking, likely living under rocks and not reading the news about supply chain disruptions.
