Thru Jan..2022…all because they dont have enough employees……greed from the so called executives who are useless……waiting on the MIP bonus’s while netting 2 billion in 2020…….its a shame…..they have created a toxic work environment with most employees including myself…who cant stand their job or this company…….thats not healthy

Stop allowing them to do this to you! Period.
There really isn't another answer. They'll do it as long as you permit it.

My spouse was stuck working both Christmas Eve and Christmas and had to make outbound calls that people weren't answering or were upset about. It's a holiday and they sent that stupid email saying they were extending the call out hours without a single thought about how customers would feel having the holiday interrupted.

My new years resolution is to get a new job, been on Mandatory OT for many months now , days off are blacked out , sub human treatment and boiler room pressure due to metrics ... it is just not enough to meet them now we got to exceed them and we do guess what ? that's the new low so now you got to do even more somehow , cant get promoted because they wont let you go so they rather rate you average even when you go above and beyond so you cannot go and your bonus is lower than it could be.

@kog Washington State law does not restrict an employer's ability to mandate overtime hours.

What Demand Pools are forced? Can’t do that in WA state. In C1,2,3, E1,3 it is “strongly encouraged”

Mandatory OT is such bu-----t. A claims bįtch is busy every second of 38.75 hours and we have our time off claimed by SF too, but then we have Analyst and other types thinking of taking a second job because I guess they aren’t considered property of SF like claims people are.

Christ. I’ve been gone from that trainwreck for a year and some change now. I can’t imagine dealing with that sh-t again. Metrics, subhuman treatment from some overpaid sociopathic good ol boy with an exec dad, having the thought in the back of your mind every waking moment that what you’re doing is an unethical grift. Most in insurance have noble intentions, however those in charge don’t give a fu-k about anything beyond perpetual green paper.

Don’t forget having claims work Christmas Day despite everything being closed. I’m also curious what knuckle dragger in charge decided it’s a great idea to have us call out to customers on Christmas Day. Customers were pi---d when they had us do that Thanksgiving Day, I’m sure they’ll be even more angry to receive calls Christmas Day. Every call I took Black Friday was from customers LIVID about getting a call Thanksgiving Day. But I guess it doesn’t matter to the powers that be since they’re certainly not working.
