Wait a minute, you're meant to read the training BEFORE taking the verification????

Pro tip for recurring and difficult modules. After passing and before closing, go back and scroll through each question (answer will be shown as well) , cut/paste into a Word document, print, and then don't save the electronic file.

The amount of "training" is ridiculous, and most of the content is not useful or necessary. They apply requirements with a broad brush as a CYA in case something happens (control violation, safety incident, etc.). The average employee is consumed and overwhelmed with WebCAT, LPSA, Timesheets, and sorting through the never ending inbox "junk" mail (I&DP, United Way, Yammer, etc.).

Me too! Whenever and where ever I could I went straight to the test questions. Undoubtedly that's why I'm NI!

This is why we had the fire at Baytown today, because you didn’t honestly complete your webcats.
