ChangeAgent is the type of agent I love telling no to. Agency commitment issues, coverage questions etc. I don’t care how big your book of business is my guy, you are just like everyone else. It must be hard for you when a claim handler laughs when say how much business your customer has, but that sterling attitude of yours must make you the hit at all of your New Years parties. 🤣

Seethe claims wagies - YOU actually applied for this job 😂 .. was at a bowl game with some SF guys - what did YOU do over New Years ?

Problem is they dont have any dept in operations that is adequately staffed to do the job efficiently.

Gotta figure half of them are ERS and glass claims requiring little effort.
