My friend work in consulting and the number of CV he received from ExxonMobil is surprising. For same position Team lead has applied and even 3 other team member, all got rejected because lack of industry exposure and technical expertise.
Outside XOM there is no value of only behavioral skills you need to know what is happening in world. 😑
