- Making huge bonuses for nepotistic c-suite incompetents, whose past claim to fame was running Lib Mutual into the ground before parachuting out; all the while you slash labor and cut your most experienced and loyal employees in the middle of a global pandemic. Which leads into:
4 (Extra credit) Propping up how ethical you are by annually purchasing your award from a corporate diploma mill, because no legitimate award not based on a outright purchase (or influence or bribe--chose your descriptive noun) can be secured. Why? See 1-3 above as tip of the iceberg.
