Been doing third-party for about two years now get ready for the trouble installs that they refuse to carry in because there’s too many cases just flat up not showing for a delivery

It will eventually be third party everywhere. As soon as the company can secure reliable third party/last mile delivery companies in a given market, they are going to make the conversion. It is being worked on. If you are one of the few in-house delivery drivers left working for the company, you need to be prepared for it. They will not give you advance notice.

Had a district manager tell me that here in Indiana it wouldn't be for at least another 5 years, for what that's worth.
