I have nothing against people who have side gigs, I'm not very interested in other people's lives. What interests me is how do they manage to have those side gigs? I’m so overwhelmed with work here, that there’s no way I’d be able to have another job besides this one.

Only in an area with no accountability could this be possible, like ET. Not Claims, PCU, or CCC. No way.
So called Analysts and Managers and leaders. Most have side gigs. SFarm is their part time gig. Sick really

They must have analyst jobs. I know claim reps don't have time as it's too much trying to stay on top of metrics. Metrics? WTF?
