There is a lot of friction between teams here in Bangalore and also a lot of people are leving. The job market is hot and people are jumping ship.

I’ve not experienced the “good” GBC talent yet. I’m guessing your reference is a relative “good” compared to the other talent in India.
Yep, reality is EM moves too slow to keep up in competitive markets. US people don’t like to hear it but they hire lots of good talent at the GBCs, but not to worry because that talent also leaves often to find better jobs
Who cares? For every rat that jumps ship we have >100 wanting to jump on the winning ship. Only the losers jump ship.
