EM turned out to be a good initial experience for my CV. That's it. Other than that, what I experienced was a harsh work environment, unreasonably long hours, and substandard pay. It didn't take me long to realize I made a mistake by accepting the offer and to start searching for a new job once again. I've been gone for two months and I can say I don't miss it at all.
