The company has done nothing but mistreat its employees for years! We work our butts off for years and for what? To see our benefits taken away while our workload increases? To see many of our coworkers thrown out without a second thought? This place doesn't deserve any of us.

India is the new frontier for Allstate. Cheaper pay, 12-14 hour days , no labor laws are all the perfect setting for Allstate claims in Pune.
@OP such a self centered mindset. You don't like how Allstate is run, it should go out of business, and force 40k+ people out of work... Seek help my dude.

I agree with the response above. As much as I dislike this place and have taken steps to leave the toxic environment (starting a new job elsewhere in the New Year), I will not wish for Allstate to go out of business since there are still many people working here who rely on this income to support their families. I wish everyone well, and while I’m not optimistic that things will get better, I wish they would for those who will continue to work at Allstate.
