Can somebody please explain to me why the employees who've been here for years are getting fewer hours yet we have so many new employees and we keep hiring?!?!?! I'd really like to know what's the logic behind that because right now it seems like a not-so-subtle way to get rid of us.

new employees? what’s that like? every single day of the week we have at least 2 hours throughout the day with the keyholder as the only cashier and one other associate in the entire building
