Lately I am constantly getting criticized for pretty much everything I do. It wouldn't be so odd if I hadn't worked here for years. I have lots of experience and I don't do anything worse than before when I was considered a great employee.
Has anyone else been the target of constant criticism lately, and thinks it's totally unreasonable?

This too happened to me, I would always put forth the same effort which at least seemed a lot more than others, and I was considered top tier employee with the same boss. After awhile, I was average to above-average, and getting a lot of somewhat silly criticism, and not allowed to even stand up for myself. Seldom complimented for what I did right (where others constantly failed) and my good results.
Time to put on you walking shoes and start lacing up.
Troll. No one here is considered a "great employee". Everyone is average. Its the goal. Unless you are management then you go from barely incompetent to "leadership".
