Nice try Xerox , but those who work here know the real story..MIF (machines in the field) keep declining year over year, revenue numbers are
suspect while lay-offs continue, billing and supply issues are off the charts and customer sat numbers are at all time highs for dissatisfaction.. Humm!

Market share gain is critical when the market itself is declining. But how long did "Buggy Whip Incorporated" celebrate as they kept getting larger market shares in the early 1900's?

The key isn't getting a larger market share of print, it's going after a new market. They are trying, it seems, but I have no idea how successful they will be when there are many other players.
