I think everyone here is doing equally bad. Even those brown nosers that everyone thought were very comfortable here are leaving.
Basically, the question is just how much is anyone willing to tolerate all sorts of bad things here!
I don’t know about you but I gave notice after my manager’s awful yelling at me. No one should be willing tolerate that.

The Day I retired from State Farm was the happiest day of my life. I have never worked for a company that micro manages every Second of your day. My manager used to change things every day, And then yell at you for not being fast enough because of the new changes.... I have never been under such stress as an injury Specialist.
Leave..you are in so much control of your own happiness. I formed my own analytics business and am using State farms training to better myself. Once l get by business running, lm out. We are in a capitalist society. If you want an environment that 'cares' about the people, go to China. Otherwise, corporate America does not care about your feelings..

The layoff.com is not just about State Farm. Suing it would A. achieve nothing and B. drive traffic to the site. State Farm is not that stupid.
