I'm a former employee, since moved on and happier. I stay on this board because the fall of Allstate is fascinating to watch from a good, safe distance. I'm very curious about your job and have some questions, which i now ask in good faith.

Do you believe in the company, and what do you think about the misery and mass exodus? Or is this just a job, and you don't believe the lines your given?

Do you consider what you do to be akin to gaslighting?

what's job like? what's does your day-to-day look like?

How are you measured in terms of success?

It’s a pretty good company. My biggest gripe with those layoffs is that they kept some of the most incompetent claims managers around while letting some great employees go. It is amazing the ineptness of some of the leaders that have either been in leadership for a long time or just recently promoted.

Ge-z. Might be a director going down with the ship of wrongness thinking they are right. But I get it that you are probably 65 years old and only worked at one place your entire career and may have a hard time operating an internet search.

hello, shill. it sounds like you don't much like your job and are very unhappy. but you're stuck on this shock board, talking to people who got out. has to be tough. hate to see it. i quit after the layoffs for greener pastures and am happier, healthier and with a little more money. not a ton.

I like my job. Is it the best job? No. Are there a lot of worse and lower paying jobs? Yes. I keep getting promotions and raises so I'm good for now. Could that change in the future? Yes

I see the trolls have come out to rehash their anniversary of being let go.
