Upstream RTD formerly URC - worst example of behavior

A post about UIS/RTD (formerly known as Upstream Research Company - URC) was recently deleted due to the lowly intervention of management minions. It correctly pointed out RTD/URC and Upstream's very disingenuous and incompetent presidents and other executives who were well rewarded by ExxonMobil for their pathetic stints.

This is what UIS/RTD, former URC, it's current and former management and employees should be credited for:

1. Create powerpoint and finesse it to death
2. Discuss holding handrails and outwit each other with countless safety sharing
3. Sneak through many made-up frivolous international trips on company dime
4. Perform no technical contribution and demonstrate fake leadership behavior.
5. Either be in lowly management/fake leadership role or keep checking management only box for career ladder
6. Brainwash all employees and identify new recruits who are easy to become braindead, incompetent Donkey Kong residents of RTD

Yep, Donkey Kong is the right analogy. Occurs everywhere and not just RTD. Donkey Kong are apes that hinder other player's progress by throwing barrels, springs, and other objects in their way.

Had run-in’s with a couple of individuals who epitomized bad behaviors. While most people I know in RTD are hard working, great individuals. There were a couple of manipulators who distorted information and impeded progress to tip things in their favor. Wasted an enormous amount of time and money. Fortunately, one Donkey Kong retired but his protégée still lurking around.

Endless days, weeks, months and years filled with dog and pony shows. Ahhhh… such a wonderful place where numb planners and stupid commercial advisors roamed free.

A place filled with pure gold (of the lowest human behavior)!

I posted something about uRc a while Back and it was deleted. They need to take the rBerlin wall down. And in THAT post I didn't name names.

I read your last post. I remember you named some people, which is against the site rules. Probably, that's what got it deleted. Here you didn't, so I'm pretty sure you're safe.

And this is specific to RTD? eyeroll

Yep, donkey kong is the right word to describe RTD and its researchers. Maybe it is a way to summarize most of the corporation except few sincere individuals.
