According to my free estimate:
- 85 percent of employees are here because they can't find anything better because they don't have the skills
- 10 percent of employees are still not even trying to find something better
- 5 percent of employees find it good here
I will understand the downvotes but I think it's the bitter truth. Many don’t want to work on themselves to expand their skillset and find something better, and they blame Belk for that.
