Does India determine liability for you guys? What exactly do they do and is it just causing customers to be more pi---d?

I laugh at all this Pune sh-t talking. All you old timers botched about how your jobs were getting to be too much and you needed help. So they brought in cheap labor to help and you still botched. And now you wonder why the "help" is not taking on more.
I’ve been in claims for all states and have yet to see Pune making liability decisions .
What I don’t understand if how they can handle claims in license states? Paperwork like salvage or First notice of loss is one thing, but how can they decide liability or write estimates or obtain a license to do so in India?
It won’t be long and they will. For over 10 years we’ve seen more work types go overseas. The powers that be don’t say a word it just happens slowly and without any word or memo. You just figure it out by living it. It’s so deceptive and. cruel to see this happen to your jobs. No wonder people are leaving in record numbers. They want to hire people in the US only until India is ready for more work.
They will be doing LDU and moderate casualty claims in 2022 when the new center is completed. 2021 has been all about auto. The bots and Billy’s are leading the way for Allstate. And the executives are pocketing the profits.
Billy & the rest of the Pune team will be doing all functions….
