notice how amazon has not had a benefits vote since the take over........and notice how our health insurance got worse...and NO gainsharing....NO t.i.p.s program...no cash benefits what so ever....

Also something bad is on the way down multiple STLs have left the company in the last month in the region. Those jobs rarely open up so something bad is definitely on the horizon.

Unions bring in higher raise percentages so if you got an 11% raise and 5% went to them you are still up 6%. Wfm did anti union trainings because they knew it would cost them money.
