Great job boss - this is an accurate assessment of our management. No longer even on the top 250 list of best managed companies. Time for a change at the top.

the trend of the employee engagement metric is telling:
2017 => 58.9
2018 => 58.3
2019 => 54.4
2020 => 51.6
2021 => 46.8
Someone needs significant improvement.
It's funny that the decline in our ranking matches the timeline with our "we are Exxon Mobil" culture change.
I am ashamed to be associated even remotely with ExxonMobil and most of the brainwashed people who continue to work here.
Love this. The world knows how pathetic this place and management is

I recently attended a company sponsored leadership course, one of the exercises was to think about a leader we respected and list out some of their attributes.
I honestly had to go back 20 years to think of someone, where have our great leaders gone?
DW and his lieutenants must GO!
310? Did someone at Drucker double check their data? Else, Drucker's matrix is very lenient towards EM. EM is in the toilet on the way to be flushed out. LOL
310? Were only 310 companies up for consideration?
2018 => # 27
2019 => # 23
2020 => #177
2021 => #310
I don’t think that’s any surprise. Most people on this board knew we were at the bottom long before this article came out. I suspect our management likes being at the bottom to keep the attrition going.
Just imagine the problem they’d have if people enjoyed working for the company and wanted to stay…
