Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

Cisco is in violation of California regulations

"Employers can also require employees to use vacation during an employer shutdown, so long as reasonable advance notice is given (which in general should be at least 90 days). [See Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) Memorandum from Donna M. Dell, Labor Commissioner, dated May 31, 2005.]"

90 days notice was not given.

"do something about it.
Suck it up or leave."

Your two whiny statements are in conflict. Some of us are doing something about it. Too bad you're such a coward that you won't and can't understand those that fight back.

I doubt you do anything you aren't told. Drone.
