Just stopped by this forum to see what's happening in this company, which I left exactly a year ago.
I'm just wondering if anything has changed for the better or do good employees still have to listen to what mediocrities say?
I left because of that, because I could no longer watch how smart people were devalued while bad employees and bad people in general had superstars status here.
