Some have enough work for several people, while others have barely enough for two hours of effective work a day. What's this all about? For every person who does his job conscientiously, there are 5 people who hardly do anything.
Perfect workplace for those who are lazy. Those who want to prove themselves thinking that their efforts will be valued here, only get more work and nothing more.

That's not true! You also get less opportunity to use your vacation 😉
At GM there are a lot of managers by title rather than leaders by nature. Inexperienced managers also rely a lot on the loudest voice in the room. Stay positive and do what you know is best for you.
