What goes around comes around. You walked people out and now you are getting walked out. Countless people uprooted, too many suffered to pay bills and mortgages. What an achievement! God help me understand how these kind of people sleep better at night!

Meanwhile, there is a white woman and 2 white men working to run IT right now and they are starting to make some really positive changes. People genuinely like and are starting to respect them. Doesn't matter what color your skin is, positive results are positive results. DK is gone, let him go. Look at the positive changes that are happening. Unless you're just a disgruntled ex employee that just wants to bi--h.
He’ll fit right into their culture. All white leadership team, zero diversity, and most are white men.

Year 1: New job. Blame the last person. Set new strategy.
Year 2: Continue to blame last person. Implement new strategy.
Year 3: Fail to achieve results. Quietly realize last person was actually smart. Look for new job, touting “results” of new strategy.
Some people just have way too much time on their hands to do nothing but gripe and complain. Let it go... move on.
