Recently I got licensed through Allstate snd took my bonus for getting licensed and went to another company immediately after will I get in trouble with Allstate? Will the collect the bonus?

Like the other person said check your offer letter, if your letter says it will be recouped then it will be, we have done it with others.
I was a former underwriter and now do inbound sales for progressive and make more money.
I didn’t tell them where I was going, but I make more money now.
Be careful though, they won’t let you serve your two week notice if you’re honest.
Check your offer letter. Most sign on bonuses have to be repayed if you leave within 12 months. Prorated.
