I just saw some disgusting posts on LinkedIn. One of the worst PMs I have ever met in my life is boasting about her "successes" at Sabre. Her contribution was mostly chaos, miscommunications, gossiping, toxic atmosphere and now she is boasting about the successes not even mentioning the team.
And she doesn't even understand that those "successes" could be achieved 3 times faster if the projects were managed properly. Or two times faster if she was not there at all.

This could be anyone since it fits many of the PM group, starting at the top. The most obnoxious and noisy "look at me" keep getting promoted, so what do you expect? Give us more clues
He-l of a place to vent this kind of stuff. Not everyone is awesome at their job.
I'm trying to figure out who it is but you're not giving us much to work with here. That could be any of a number of people.
