RSU=Restricted Stock Units

Basically it is monetary reward for having a great Sponsor and winning at the rigged forced ranking system at EM.

It must be nice to be part of group that gives each other millions per month with complete disregard for performance.

What measure of performance could justify giving a new hire over $11.5 million in first 3.5 months as employee?

Because all the executives works a lot harder than the average worker at EM! Don't you see why there is a need to cap how much a CEO or top executive in a company can earn vs their average worker ? Do you think they work 1000 times harder than the average worker ? Maybe because they have to make difficult decisions in their job ?

KM has been given 186,400 shares in her first 3.5 months as an employee at EM.

That is over $3.3 million per month.

That is approximately $165,000 per workday.

Nearly $21,000 per hour.

$348 per minute.

$5.80 per every second of the workday.

These numbers do not include base salary and other benefits, just RSUs.

Interesting that Durwood bought 215K common shares right before Thanksgiving.
Now up to 1,216k shares.
I presume he HAD TO DO IT - timing and all.

Otherwise, he is just being more Durwood.
