I am in surface at BTC got 3% raise, supervisor congratulated five times with pathetic smile.

My CV is ready now.

XTO is on the same ranking system now. The far superior XTO evaluation (3 buckets, no forced distribution, no relative ranking, purely your personal performance) system went away a couple years after the merger. You need to ask your supervisor what your CL is.

Why does XTO have a different ranking system than Exxon? We get scores every year and I’ve never heard of anyone being a CL level like all of the Exxon guys.

Not necessarily low rank I was assessed as outstanding and got 3%… ExxonMobil is rotten to the core … fu-k the management and execs they’ll suffer for this in the long run

You probably should be looking to leave though as you must be low ranked.

BTC Surface is a disaster. Just look at the expats supervisors and managers. Unecessary, incompetent, here on a vacation.

Leave, its the highest attrition center at BTC for a reason.
