Somebody got a raise? I have not seen one since before Xerox decided to shut down XBS. It has been nothing but take aways. No raise, no bonus, no match, nothing. I have no loyalty to Xerox. I work for the people in my office. They matter, Xerox is cr-p.

Unbelievable. I am a tech. Inundated is an understatement. No raise in sight. Not even words of encouragement from management. My managers on vacation. Who gives a sh? I used to but not anymore. You cannot get more out of something you put less into. F* this.

They haven’t seen anything yet. Techs have left here like there is No tomorrow. They are fed up. They have been used, lied to, and held to standards which are impossible. What person in their right mind would tolerate all that, and not just pick up and leave them high and dry?

It all boils down to the head of HR. When this person was first hired into her previous role, about half of her direct reports quit within months of her being hired if that says anything about her. She doesn't care about anyone but herself, her friends, and her work horses. If the person running the department who is in charge of employee morale and environment couldn't make her previous direct employees happy, what made management think she could make thousands of employees happy?
What makes me happy is watching the managers sweat as the employee mass exodus continues and they can't fill the positions in the field. I am one of those leaving very soon. Customers see the continuing decline in response time as well as the quality of service and product reliability, and they are leaving Xerox for the competition.

No longer with Xerox but we were given a free lunch as we trained our outsourced replacements to take our jobs ..Very hurtful time for all .
