They certainly can be. Especially with detached, incompetent leadership. Glenn Shapiro has hit an all time low with his decision making at Allstate. His history of poor leadership truly makes one wonder why anyone would dare take a gamble on him. Even more of a head scratcher is how he is still around. I have been here for a long time and can’t recall anyone in his position being less visible or less transparent.
But hey he loves dogs so he must be a great guy…

Every action has a reaction. The actions they have taken have had the exact reaction they wanted. People to leave We all know why. They want all the money they can get before they full board replace Americans with foreign workers and bots. Simplistic way to do that is treat people bad and lay them off in tandem.

Was this the same town hall when Tom Wilson was slurring his words? Let’s see if he is sober at Friday’s town hall…..

Sadly most companies today see employees as just expenses then wonder why the millenials and later generations have no loyalty and leave jobs rapidly

Employees are a liability. Management is a bigger liability in that their actions trickle down to employee behavior. If they have issues with employees, they should be looking in the mirror as the root cause.
