Biden's vaccine mandate for federal contractors blocked

It's going to be interesting to see what is said in the global all hands this week considering that the federal contractor mandate is now blocked. Will NetApp push the mandate still or suspend until the matter is resolved in the courts.

I got fired today. I refuse to submit to vaccine mandate when I know it's a conspiracy to give us the mark.

If anyone gets “terminated” on friday and you talk to a lawyer, please post details here. Its insane this tyrant is mandating employees have to provide any part of our personal and private medical records in order to keep our job. Tyrant Biden is he-l bent on destroying our economy and our country.

My company that has many of the same customer as NetApp was told that “since we have massive government contracts, and they are requiring anyone they work with to be vaxxed, we have no choice but to enforce this or risk loosing those contracts.”

So bottom line is the mighty dollar and not what you think about the vaccine. We’ve never had to deal with something like this in our lifetime, but until there’s a real “cure” you can bet that you’ll be required to get a booster every six months and prove it or you’ll be fired.

Sue their pants off if they continue to make Vax mandatory despite the court orders.

If y’all can’t grasp the difference between a company policy and an executive order…

There seems to be some confusion on this topic. A federal court can block an executive order. A federal court cannot block a company policy inspired by an executive order.

Everyone should contact HR and ask them the question. I was told the original date stays the same regardless of the court halt.

Would it not be illegal to go against the court orders?
