If you were smart you'd leave this company. By staying, are you saying that you as a one man ship are going to make this company profitable? They are filing for bankruptcy next year, hopefully you will pr else you too will go down with them

Of course it is. 401k match is a tool to attract employees. XRX is currently shedding employees.

It's now being used to pay dividends to shareholders. So it's kind of a 401k match for THEM.

At the beginning of the pandemic, many companies dropped the match. Almost all have restarted it, and many have put in what wasn't matched during the downtime. How many other companies besides Xerox have not restarted the match again? Any?

You can bet your reputation on that one. Yes it’s gone as it’s not needed. Xerox employees do not need an incentive to work here. It’s just a joy to be used and disrespected on a day to day basis.
