Chances are much higher you won't regret it. I sure as he-l didn't. Six months away and I'm happier than I've been in years. Believe it or not, there are still companies that appreciate employees who are experienced and knowledgeable and who will reward you appropriately for what you bring to the table. After eight years at Xerox, I finally feel appreciated again.

I left two years ago and man I am so happy I did. There is still time for anyone - beyond the daily abuse and underpay - don’t wait to be discarded by this terrible company: what are going to get, some crummy worthless package ?
Find a way to get out of this international prison.
Best thing I ever did, it’s toxic. Needs a good clear out of managers .all the good has been drained from this company .
Instead of “Leave if you can”, it should be “Do whatever you have to do to get out of here now”.
Leave them and learn that you deserve better. Today.
Agree with all previous posts. But even if you haven't decided to leave yet, get your resume polished and updated and try to go on at least 1 interview every few months, even if you have little interest in the position. Job searching has changed a lot in the last 10 years, so anything you can do to get prepared will pay off big if you are part of an IRIF or finally get hit with the proverbial "last straw". Believe me, just knowing that you're prepared in case something happens will make things less stressful.
This company will use you and turn you upside down, and shake the life out of you for their unrealistic goals.
Then when you finally leave, they call you a disgruntled ex employee.
Kinda makes you feel like they think your the Unibomber. Nice Folks.
Good Man. Glad for You. Great Move.
