This is an honest question. Almost everyone that leaves XOM says that they got better payment at other companies in the sector. I can’t believe that to be entirely true. A few years ago people talked about XOM as the company in which they pay is close to the top of the industry. I understand that some people that left are lying but I find it hard to believe that all of them are lying. Is it possible that that has changed to such a great degree in a relatively short period of time?
