Did anyone else catch the CEO corner video greeting talking about changing the Level 5 and above QPB and AIP bonuses to one or the other? Are they going back to the old days of either AIP or QPB?

Confirmed that level 5 will still be eligible for 10% bonus payout. It will be paid quarterly rather than split between quarterly and annual. And with the change fromb100% to max 150% max, level 5's will have decent bonuses...
Yes but level five I think used to be aip and now will be qpb

How does a company survive with such High attrition. 10 years it's been happening and E.R. hasn't been replaced.
Don't worry about. It'll change again in 6 months anyway.
