People have to vent their frustrations somewhere, but in essence, can we really change anything by complaining? In the end, I just hope that our complaints will maybe help someone else make a decision whether to apply here or not.

Nothing will change by posting anything here, however, it feels good to let off some steam. A good platform to share knowledge, gripes and layoff events that would otherwise be kept to one's self or at facility level. Maybe HR even trolls through here every now and then and reports their "findings" to the big suits.
Personally - I feel some of these complaints should be taken worth a grain of salt but there most definitely are some good and valid points made on here. Folks need to take a serious look at how this company is ran and weigh there options. Certainly not the company it was 5 years ago. Every other word mentioned in meetings today is productivity this and productivity that.
