Hi All, I was wondering if anyone here had any advice. I’m looking to move internally and am currently pregnant. I want to do right by my team, but don’t know how mobility works during maternity leave? Can I interview with other managers before/during maternity? Do I need to come back to my role for a certain amount of time before changing?

you can see all internal job openings during your leave. but my experience suggested you'd better move to the new team before your leave.
They just CANNOT offer you a job while on leave but they can once you return so just be transparent with your manager and those you are interviewing with.
Sure you can interview, but being honest I don't think your chances will be very good due to your inability to start the new job right away.
