It’s extremely boring and no customers. I don’t know why they hired so many people to begin with only to lay them off again when business goes bad.

It’s the same song they’ve been playing for years.
Cry and complain about not having enough staff. Hire anyone that applies. Invest ZERO time and effort in training and development of new hires. Never coach, redirect or set expectations. And then eventually lay off/fire them. New hire turn over is costing the company so much money but they blame it on the candidates.
