There are so many issues for employees within SF.
Make sure to take care of yourself, check your physical and mental health… do not delay treatment for a job. I did and I regret it.

I TRULY LOVE STATE FARM and welcome to all newbies
This is a very important post. Your priority should be yourself and your loved ones.
SF is just another Capitalist entity that cares not about your well-being!
Please take care of yourselves!
Very true. There is a lot of mental health issues at SF. Appearance is nothing. A lot are rotting due to self abuse, self medicating, and living a life not within their means to project an image that is not reality. Many failed marriages. Many unable to retire due to failed marriages, alcohol abuse, self medicating etc. Be assured this happens at all levels. I do not regret retiring early so I did not have to surround me in that environment. It is NOT healthy. I was one of the fortunate ones that lived within my means and had a work ethic wherein mommy and daddy did not pay for my last year at a private high school nor my college. I worked which gave me a great appreciation for the dollar. SF was not the only game that made me able to retire early. I worked two jobs (but never tell them that if there is no conflict of interest). Yes, mental health issues are at every level. Most of it is a lot of alcohol, self medicating, and anger issues as you can tell by some these posts. It's fun to be happy and not be associated with or have to navigate through their bizarre sense of reality.
