I was pleasantly surprised when a new person came to the place of colleague who left. I’m pretty sure that person is an exception, because I don’t believe anyone talented and capable wants to come to Allstate anymore. This was a much different company when I first came here, but now I would certainly never even consider applying here.

Friends don't let friends work at Allstate.
Don’t do it. Work your 40 and leave for the day. This place has always been a cluster fu-k. Never was it a good place to work. Never was it a work life balance. It’s sheer bu-----t. I am out
We used to have work life balance in claims. Now that transformative growth took over we’re overworked to the bone and use Vacation time to catch up on claims inspections. Morale sucks too. I’m on the phone with angry customers and shops and can’t get any work done. This used to be a 405 hour a week job , now it’s upwards of 55 hours plus .
Hoping they give us a Cost of living adjustment due to everything going up from groceries to gas.
