Indeed the market is hot. I’ve had 3 interviews since comp day and feel I’m close to an offer with one of them; oh and they’re paying 27K more than MS for the same job.
People need to realize that this is the case and take advantage of it! I'm tired of receiving a ridiculously low raise and bonus. I'm tired of my knowledge and experience being taken for granted. This was the final straw for me and I've already started looking. Others should do the same. There are companies out there that'll appreciate us. We just need to apply.
