Since the supreme courts ruled the OSHA mandate unconstitutional recently, several stores I’ve been to I’ve seen 50% of associates wearing masks the others not including management and HR.
I’m fine with that, I’m an asthmatic and the masks impede my breathing.
My question is what is the company going to do with the thousands of shot records they forced employees to upload to be compliant. Now that the mask mandate is over is corporate going to delete the records? What assurance’s do employees have their information will not be compromised? Daily news reports talk about large businesses being hacked and private information being stolen (Target…), what is the company doing to protect employees?
