We have a big number of employees who have been here very long and have completely lost their drive. We have an utterly dysfunctional relationship between management and employees. Products are outdated. If there is a path to future revenue growth, I don't see it. Also, if there is a path to further your career, it's well hidden to most of us. And these are just a few main issues among a sea of others.

No motivation here whatsoever.
The only opportunities anyone can point at are from the late 70's (GUI, ethernet, mouse...).
It had it’s opportunity several times in the past. From the development of the GUI, Ethernet, mouse ect. It has failed to have vision beyond paper and ink. My Hope is that it survives, but I am doubtful. They had their chance over 3 years ago with Fuji. If the merger had happened they would have been in greener pastures.
