And people expected this guy to apprehend the customer and force her to apologize because this woman’s feelings were hurt, which she admitted was the problem? Come ON. There was literally nothing he could do.
She had a right to record and even to present the police with said video of she felt her safety was at risk. But, to expect the employee to fix her hurt feelings and call him racist for not racing in to do so…y’all need to wake up.
The worst Dave did was lack tact and not escalating this to a manager who gets paid to deal with this sort of issue.
