I see (and hear) all the negative comments and frankly it starts with the Board. Ever notice that your choices to elect a Director on the Board is the one suggested or not to vote at all? Hmm how do you become one of the blessed ones anyway???? In history when is the last time that the board dismissed a poorly performing CEO like FAR*?
Can someone elighten us with how we employees can get our own Director(s) on the Board? Someone who is not in the 5C's back pocket? Someone who will actually earn their $300K, maybe do some research and think outside the box?
