I’m burned out. There’s too much to do. I don’t envy the HCL crew I was retained and don’t see reason in any of the madness.

Get out. The ones that left I've heard are getting call backs from HCl trying to entice them with what I estimate to be a 40 to 50 percent pay increase.
Funny thing is all of them have said no. I love it.
Time to find a new job!
