Kind of a convoluted question. The US Supreme Court (correctly) determined the only way for there to be a vaccine mandate of such a large scale is through Congress. Therefore the vaccine mandate the Biden administration was trying to enforce through OSHA isn’t valid. The irony is the Biden administration knew this going in but marched forward anyways. GM could still have a mandate of their own as an employer but there hasn’t been any news of such a mandate.
On a personal note we are burying someone next week that wasn’t vaccinated and died from Covid. He wasn’t even that old and was of good health before catching covid. It’s real and would highly recommend getting the jab if you haven’t. Its easy and free.
Yes, take your unvaccinated a-s to a pharmacy and get vaxxed before GM decides to cut you loose.
