The tyre chief indirectly implied that getting the 3M job is a big increase to his previous scope

It was an uninspiring talk from the new tyre company president. Spoke about safety and simplifying the processes. Fot example to reduce meeting hours, cut reports etc. Looks like the share price is doomed for further decline.

Anyone attended the Q1 EO townhall, and walked away feeling there is a strategy?

2021 Q4 Earning call is coming up, , they should just say "bring out your dead", CFO doing the old I've cooked the books as best i can before the main man starts fluffing his lines, its been a hard year , R&D will be cut back, streamlining again and restructuring , the company are going off in the health world and its all-in so we are closing up other lines and focus on something that is way off Mother Mining's limits, farewell my friends, spend your severance payments well

Its supply chain is in chaos with transportation issues unresolved. What a time to escape for the EMEA head. Same goes for APAC head who retired early.

EO at this point is a giant clusterfuck, it is no surprise everyone is running for the lifeboats. They are actively doing things that will make 3M's P&L worse because their metrics are not connected with the actual business.

WHO IS IT,, this is the way forward,, the best companies want the best people, Mother Mining is no longer the glitterati firm it was 10 years ago, so won't attract the cream,
